Review: Zan-Gah: A Prehistoric Adventure by Allan Richard Shickman

After proving to himself that he is able to take care of himself, Zan slays a lion. He has just began his search to find his missing twin brother. This will not be an easy task and he will be forced to fight for his own survival. His journey will either prove to be a courageous transformation from boy to man or he could go missing and have the same fate as his brother, whatever that may be.

When I first got in to reading, I was drawn to adventure books just like this one. I liked visiting another world and seeing life created by someone's vivid imagination. I really liked this book and I think it would be a great way to get help kids enjoy reading. They can have a little fun and learn some important life lessons all at the same time.
