Blog Tour: Tempt Me If You Can by Janet Chapman

Ben discovers that he has a son whom he has never laid eyes on. He is a good man and wants to repay his once lover, Emma, for all that she has done for their child. Emma is hard headed and doesn't want Ben interrupting their life. When some secrets start to reveal themselves, Ben knows that it is his duty to protect his son and the mother of his child. Emma isn't too thrilled with the idea at first, but she soon learns that there are some things she can't do all on her own.

I wouldn't say that this is one of my favorite books but it was definitely worth reading. I could really relate to Emma which made the book a lot of fun. I don't know how she kept Ben at bay for so long though. I think I have a crush on his character.

Review & Giveaway: A Highlander Christmas by Janet Chapman

Camry has decided to give up her job at NASA and take up dog sitting. Instead of discussing her decisions with her family, she's decided to spend Christmas with a couple four-legged friends. Well, that WAS the plan. Her ex co-worker Luke has decided that Camry's family needs to know about her change of occupation. Her mother is entrusting Luke with her daughter and expects him to get her to come home for the holidays. The kicker is, Luke has a secret of his own and he's hoping to get a whole lot closer to Camry.

I really connected with Camry. This was a fun holiday read.
