I feel like a complete idiot. I never saw the point in buying expensive cookware before trying the Extrema 10" Open Ceramic Skillet. I will NEVER buy cheap skillets or pots and pans. I didn't realize that your food would taste so much better when you use the right product. It makes sense because using a ceramic flat iron works a lot better than one you buy for $15. I am so in love with Extrema and I highly, highly recommend this product. Five stars!
