Baskin-Robbins - Veteran's Day

First of all, I want to say thank you to all of the Veteran's out there. I cannot begin to express my gratitude for all that you do. In my opinion, you are the true heroes. I know what it's like to live in a military home and I know about all of the sacrifices that are made not only by the service member but also by those who love them. My father and my husband both served in the military so I how difficult it can be. So thank you to everyone out there who supports our troops.

Do you like sweets? You might be interested to find out that in honor of Veteran’s Day Baskin-Robbins will donate 11 cents from every ice cream scoop sold on Veterans Day to the USO in honor of all service members, veterans and their families.  Baskin-Robbins has even made a special Camouflage Waffle Cone and Waffle Bowl to show their support.

The new camouflage waffle cone looks amazing.!  What a great was to thank our troops.  I think it says a lot about a company when they take the time to pay tribute to heroes.  Baskin-Robbins has so many ice cream flavors, that each soldier is sure to find the perfect treat.  Did you know that Baskin-Robbins is responsible for more than 1,200 ice cream flavors?

Baskin-Robbins and the USO have teamed up to help remind everyone that active duty service members deserve our gratitude.  How can you say thank you?  You can text 50555 and send a message to a service member saying THANKYOU.

As an early thank you to my husband, I went to Baskin-Robbins and got him a yummy ice cream cake.  It was a spur of the moment thing, so I didn't get anything veteran related today.  I will be stopping by Baskin-Robbins on November 11th to buy one of their camouflage waffle cones.  Even though knowing that a portion of my purchase will go to a good cause is my main reason for visiting, getting a tasty treat is a welcome bonus.

Will you be stopping Baskin-Robbins to show your gratitude this Veterans Day?
