Product Description (taken from here):

Merging together soothing music, comforting guided imagery exercises, and joyful affirmations, weary parents can find a safe haven to let go of emotions, turn adversity into triumph. deeply relax, and see the highest good in their children.

For as long as I can remember, I have been a panicky person. I suffer from both anxiety disorder and panic disorder. Sometimes it is really hard for me to get into a "safe zone". For the longest time I wasn't quite sure what was wrong with me, all I knew was that I could never clear my mind and relax. As I got a little older, I realized that there were two things that helped calm me down - books and music. As an adult, I still have problems with anxiety but if I can get a good night's sleep, I'm usually calmer. I have been falling asleep to the parents CD and I find myself waking up in a better mood. The kids CD is wonderful! I consider myself a big kid and it helped soothe me and it works wonders on children.
