Review & Giveaway: 101 Things I Learned (TM) in Culinary School

I love cooking almost as much as I love food. When I was in high school I thought about becoming a chef because it would be a great experience. Plus, I love all different types of food. So when I had the opportunity to review this book, I jumped on it. The author, Louis, is a chef and he provides the knowledge to help anyone cook and present a meal that resembles a work of art. If you host dinner parties or are preparing a holiday meal, this book would be the perfect guide.
