Anyone who has met me knows that my dog Reese, is my baby. She's been there through some really tough times and without her, I don't know how I would have made it through. She's not my pet, she's my best friend. Most of the time she sleeps through the night but like anybody, when the urge hits, you can't always hold it. When that happens, I'm in a bit of a fog and it makes me feel better to know that we will be able to see what is going on outside. Reese is a total sweetheart (her version of attacking is to lick) but not all dogs are that friendly. Some are extremely protective, or bitchy, like my dad's dog Precious. I love her to death and she would never attack another animal unprovoked but she's a very protective dog and I feel sorry for any dog around her because she's the queen and will get her way. Don't get me wrong, she's a lovable dog but she knows her place and she's an alpha through and through. She's the type of dog everyone needs for protection. Anyway, I'm getting off the subject.
