I just recently started using HootSuite Social Media Management. It's this great social media helper that will automatically tweet your blog posts and share on Facebook, Google+, etc. Right now, I am using the free version which allows you to use their website with limited access. I am going to try 30 days of their Pro service and you can too!

This does look helpful! Keeping up with all the different social media formats can be so time consuming.
