Reese is a spoiled dog. She knows how to get comfortable and expects a pillow and blanket. She was really sick with Parvo (you can read about that experience here) and survived. After coming home from the vet's office, my husband and I did everything we could to make sure she was comfortable. Now, she expects a pillow and a blanket, just like we do. When I saw the Pet ZZZ Pad I knew I had to get one. I got it in the mail a few days ago and after plugging it up, Reese went straight to it. I really like that it automatically shuts off when she's not using it. It's a great product!

I ordered a Giant size Pet-ZZZ-Pad on Dec. 8, 2010. The next day I received a phone call from someone who was bright and cherry and said 'I see you ordered a Pet-ZZZ-Pad" - I thought that they would inform me that the product was being shipped right out, but instead, the caller proceeded to try and sell me some other bogus magazine subscriptions or something. I responded that I wasn't interested, but inquired when I could expect to receive the product I ordered. Caller responded that it would be shipped right out. On Jan. 31, after not having received the product, I called customer service, who informed that my order had been cancelled. I was surprised to hear this and asked when and why. I was told that it had been cancelled the day I ordered it because they no longer made the Giant size. Although I received email confirmation of my order that said "Your order has been received and will be processed." I never received any notice of the cancellation. I would recommend that you NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. Another item of note, the shipping charge added to the order for this product was half of what the item cost - ridiculous for something that probably weighs under one pound.
