My sister and a friend of ours started exercising along with some DVD's. They both have sons who imitate anything and everything. They enjoyed it so much. It's really great to watch them stretch and try to mock your movements. Tot Yoga is awesome! They had a blast and it's so much fun to watch young kids get excited about something that is good for them.
