Callie is a mother of two and happily married. She is close to her sister, Steffi and her best friend Lila. Lila is living a pretty hectic life dealing with her boyfriends crazy ex-girlfriend who seems to be right out of a horror flick.
Callie has plenty of love in her life and she adores those who are in it. She doesn't have any form of relationship with her parents. But, after being told that she has a rare disease that is going to take her life, she decides to prepare her loved ones and herself for the inevitable.
Touching and beautifully written. Jane once again captures a reader with characters that are so real, it makes you feel like they are your friends.
