HOLIDAY GIFT GUIDE Review: The Sorcerer's Apprentice DVD

Magic is everywhere in Disney's THE SORCERER'S APPRENTICE -- the fun family adventure
from the creators of NATIONAL TREASURE. Balthazar Blake (Nicolas Cage) is a modern-day
sorcerer with his hands full defending Manhattan against dark forces. When a seemingly
average kid shows hidden potential, Balthazar takes his reluctant recruit on a crash course
in the art and science of magic to become the ultimate sorcerer's apprentice. Experience more
extraordinary thrills, heart-stopping action and spectacular special effects than you can
imagine as these unlikely partners show us that the real world is far more magical than
we ever knew!

My husband and I watched The Sorcerer's Apprentice last night and the night before, that's how good it is.  Nicholas Cage and Jay Baruchel were made for these parts!  The special effects were phenomenal, the plot was intoxicating and the acting was superb.  James says one of the reasons I like this movie so much because I'm just like Dave Stutler, the apprentice.  He's right.  We both absolutely loved it and it's now on my "must have" list, so maybe I'll get it for Christmas.  That would be fabulous!  If you haven't seen this movie yet, rent it!  It should not be missed.
