I am always interested in visiting new places and one place on my list is Kalahari Resorts Sandusky. The hotel has amazing amenities including Kalahari Spa, Safari Adventures Animal Park, Pottery Pizzazz and much more! The spa and animal park are calling my name!
The Sandusky water park has over 500,000 gallons of water. That's insane! In a good way, of course. Interested in going around 40 miles per hour on the Zimbabwe Zipper? I am, but to be honest, I am a little scared... The slides and lazy river sound like my kind of fun.
The Safari Outdoor Adventure Park has all kinds of goodies as well. There is a rope course, a Zip Line Tour that is 400 feet long and an Adventure Climbing Wall that is 32 feet high.
For the month of September (excluding Labor Day weekend), Sandusky will cost you less than $200 a night. They also have a promotion going on where you can stay on a Monday for free! Make sure you follow Kalahari on Facebook and Twitter.
