Web Hosting

Lately, I've been wondering if I should switch over to an actual website rather than writing on both of my blogs.  It's a really tough decision because I love the layouts Tara did for me.  They are absolutely gorgeous.  On the other hand, I think some companies don't want to advertise on my blog because it's a blogger account.  I'm not really sure about that but I have read information online that by having a blogger account, you aren't considered professional.  At the same time, several authors have blogger blogs and they are on the New York Times Bestseller list.  Plus, it would be such a headache to transfer everything over because I have absolutely no idea where to even begin.  I have checked some web hosting hub reviews and some of them do sound promising.  I just don't know if I would be able to keep up with my work because I would be learning a whole new system and that would put me behind.  Until I make a decision, I think I'll just stick with what I know.  Either that or I will convince my husband to figure out how to do it and tell me if it's worth it or not.  He's really good with that kind of stuff and it would just end up stressing me out.  What do you think, Is Blogger unprofessional?
