Trim Treads are awesome! As soon as I received my pair in the mail, I put them on. At first it felt really awkward and I thought I was going to fall. After walking back and forth a few times, I could already feel my calf muscles strengthening. I've been using them for thirty minutes a day, which is what the company recommends. The more I wear them, the more comfortable I feel in them. I love the way my leg muscles feel and I'm definitely a Trim Tread fan.
