Extreme

Instead of shedding pounds like I planned, I've ended up adding some.  It is really depressing I really need to make a change.  I actually like to workout, but it's hard to do that when my back keeps getting caught.  I know that if I would just push through the pain, it would end up helping in the long run.

I'm thinking about doing some extreme workouts but only doing them for a short period of time at first.  Then I could gradually work myself up to the hard core stuff.  If I take it one step at a time, I don't think it will be too bad.  I've heard that the exercise ball is a good prop for people with back trouble, so turbo jam might be the best thing for me right now.
