I just had to get this book as soon as I read the description.  I know that good sex can be beneficial for several reasons.  I also feel that it plays a major role in relationships.  As people age, a lot of them forget how important sex can be for your health, mood, etc.  I'm really glad I read this book because even though it is aimed at older readers, I learned a lot about relationships and self-esteem.  If you want to learn more, read this book.
