I received the ORBLUE All-In-One Onion Holder about a week ago and I am so glad that I added this kitchen gadget to my collection. I love cooking from scratch and using onions add a lot of flavor. I don't usually cook with onions because even though the flavor will be better, I hate the smell. I don't hate it when it is mixed with other ingredients but on it's own, an onion scent is really strong. Whenever I would go to slice or dice and onion, I would end up with the awful stench that I could never seem to get off my hand. Now, I don't have to worry about that.
Having the ORBLUE onion holder has helped the meals in home go from pretty good to spectacular. The only time I smell onion now is when I am slicing it using my new kitchen tool and I don't have to worry about the scent lingering because I can throw away the onion peel and place the onion cubes or slices into the crockpot or skillet. The ORBLUE onion holder works for more than just onions. I have used it on carrots and celery as well. The only thing that I would change about this product is that I would get rid of the stainless steel piece that is inside the black rubber area. It would be easier to use if you could put your hand around it. Other than that, it's a pretty good item.
