Blog Tour Review: Nature Squad: Bluebird Finds a Home

Written by Ryan Jacobson, author of nearly 20 books including Lost in the Wild, and illustrated by Joel Seibel, Emmy-winning animator of such cartoons as Scooby-Doo and The Smurfs, NATURE SQUAD features a team of forest animals dedicated to saving the planet. In their first adventure, B.B. the Bear must help a homeless bluebird find a place to live.

While reading Nature Squad to my nephew and looking at the beautiful illustrations, we had a great time taking it all in.  He has a real appreciation for animals, so I knew that he would fall in love with this book.  When we got to the part where the book talks about the homeless bird, Damien looked up at me and said "oh no!" and when we turned the last page, he clapped his hands and said "yay"!  I highly recommend this book because it has a lot of important information to teach your young one.
