I Love Banfield

On Saturday night, noticed a rash on Reese.  She has extra folds around her girlie parts and sometimes urine can get trapped in there and cause a rash.  She has had this happen before when she was a puppy but it hadn't bothered her for a few years, so I was shocked to see it again.  The hubby and I took her to Banfield Pet Hospital on Sunday to have them take a look and tell us what we needed to do.  The vet was absolutely amazing!  She got down on Reese's level and was petting her, talking to her and was able to really calm her down.  That's one of the things about this place that I love.  The vets and assistants are all really great with animals and it's obvious that they really do care.  Reese had to get a shot and we were given oral antibiotics to give her, as well as some spray for her rash.  I gave her the first pill early yesterday afternoon and she took it, no problem.  I didn't have to fight with her or trick her into taking it.  I don't know how my husband and I ended up with such a great pooch, but I thank God for her every single day.

If you're looking for a vet for the four-legged member of your family, I highly recommend Banfield.  They offer different Wellness Programs that can help a lot with your costs.  Banfield is a little more expensive than some of the other places but the care your animal receives is well worth it.  My husband and I both agree that this is the only place we will take Reese.

I did not receive any form of compensation for this post.  All opinions are 100% my own.

  1. This is where we took Reesecup when she had parvo. They were really nice. I hope Reese gets better soon.
