Pump Pouches are wonderful! Ballerina's have to take great care of their feet. They use cushions for protection and comfort. Why shouldn't we use products to help our toes and feet? I don't wear dress shoes very often but when I do, I'm miserable. The Pump Pouches work well and I even used them in my gym shoe.
