Review: Pamela's Products Baking & Pancake Mix and Chocolate Brownie Mix

Before I had my gallbladder removed, I had a lot of tests run and when the gastroenterologist gave me the results of a biopsy, she said that it showed that I suffered from Celiac Disease. The blood work however, didn't show this, so she told me that right now it's not a major concern. I have still been eating breads and I do notice a difference in the way I feel. Pamela's Products has so many great treats that taste wonderful and are gluten-free.

Our easy-to-use mix creates light and fluffy pancakes and waffles, as well as delicious breads, cakes and muffins … also, a great substitute for flour.

Pancakes are my favorite breakfast treat but whenever I eat them, I end up suffering with horrible stomach pain and feeling sluggish.  I tried the Pamela's Products Pancake Mix and I loved it!  It taste great and it didn't tear up my stomach.  It's amazing how gluten-free products can taste just as great, if not better than other products.

I'm a chocolate-lover and have been for as long as I can remember.  A lot of times I miss out on sweets like cookies, cakes and brownies because they upset my stomach.  Pamela's Products allow me to eat tasty treats without regretting it later.  These brownies are delicious!
