The Capitol just announced that Effie Trinket is the official ‘face’ of China Glaze by unveiling the ad campaign for the upcoming line of nail polishes CAPITOL COLOURS.
The 12 polishes are each inspired by one of the 12 districts – allowing citizens to show their solidarity and support for a favorite tribute by wearing the color associated with their district. Find out more here.

cool photo- i didn;t notice it on this page,but when i clicked your limk to read more,i saw she has butterflies or something attached to her lashes! .....very different....! lol it's pretty cool though. I love that brand of nail polish-the orange looks awesome but I don't know if it would look 'right' on me. Who knows, maybe I will try it. :)
