I am in love with this cookbook! I loath cooking. I've never been able to get the hang of it. Lucky for me, my husband loves to cook and he's very good at it. I hate leaving the cooking to my husband all the time because there are some days he's been so busy that he doesn't feel like making dinner. On these days, I usually just throw something simple into the oven to bake like pizza. Now that I have this cookbook, that includes so many easy recipes, I can now do my share in the kitchen and feel good about it.

All of the meals in this book are easy to make, can be put together beforehand and can be frozen for later. There is a recipe for just about everything. Whether you're looking for a full course meal or just one simple dish, you are sure to find something that will appeal to even the pickiest of eaters.
