Review & Giveaway: Financial Planning For Small Business by Mark L. Mayoka C.P.A., J.D.

Owning your own business can be scary and extremely satisfying, all at the same time. The best thing you can do is make informed, financially sound decisions to keep your business up and running. All too often, a critical mistake is made which causes it to go under. There are key components that are necessary for a business to survive.

Mark is a certified public accountant who wrote a book that contains information that will turn your dream into reality. I found this book to be very insightful and it covered some things that I had never really thought about. This is a must have for small businesses.

About the Author (taken from here):

Mark Mayoka has a long and distinguished career as one of New York’s most notable CPA’s.

His main focus is serving as a Certified Public Accountant and Business Analyst. Add a Law Degree from Pace Law School and you start to realize just how knowledgeable Mark is in all areas that could present problems for Small Business.

Mark writes his own financial advice monthly column in "Cabling Business Magazine" to help their subscribers cope with everyday Businesses Issues during the ups and downs of the current Economy.

Due to the Obstacles the Small Business Owner faces in today’s Economic Crisis, Mark decided to put his financial Crisis Planning Strategies together in a detailed, concise, yet easy to follow Manual, to share his methods of success with others. A workbook, designed by Mark, for his clients, is also included to guide you through the implementation of those Management Strategies.
