Review & Giveaway: Delicae Gourmet

I love food and I'm not afraid to admit it. I also hate cooking. (I got really lucky when I found out that my husband loves to cook and he's good at it! That's the only reason I married him. Ha! Just kidding.) If he's had a particularly rough day and doesn't feel like cooking, I normally just stick something in the oven like a frozen pizza or some chicken patties. Not exactly a great tasting meal. But I have found a solution! This is so easy, even I can do it.

Delicae Gourmet has all kinds of yummy dishes prepared that only take five minutes to make. Each box will serview 8-12 people depending on the selection. There is no added salt to any of these meals. The only meal they have that takes longer is the Southwest Roadhouse Chili.

Now for the most important question, what kind of meals do they offer? They have a wide variety of Slow Cooker Dinners, Slow Cooker Soups and other delicious meal additions.

The first meal that my husband and I enjoyed was the Southern Italian Pasta e Fagioli. All we had to do was add Chicken, Tomatoes and broth. You can purchase this meal for $6.15 (1.25 lbs).

We ate the soup along with some Italian bread dipped in the Italian Herb Bread Dipper.

A bottle of this costs $9.95 (1.75 lbs).

The other meal that we had was the Grandma's Country Chicken and Rice. All we had to do was add some Chicken and Cream of Chicken Soup and dinner was ready in a jiffy.

A box of this meal costs $5.95 (1 lb.)
