I've been thinking about my dream home and what it would look like. My favorite room, besides my library of course, will be the kitchen. I'm in love with Stainless Steel appliances and I want black marble counters with cherry red cabinets. I also want a huge island. I think I would rather have an island than a table. It just seems more practical. My husband and I usually eat in the living room when we're at home. Even when we have company we tend to eat in the living room. It seems the only time we actually sit down at a table, it's at a family get together for a special occasion. This does not mean that I don't want a nice kitchen. I absolutely adore baking and it would be really relaxing to bake in a kitchen that expressed who I am. Our kitchen stuff is black, red and white, so my color scheme would go well together.
