Review: getLoss for Women

I've heard that it takes 7 days to start a new habit and 21 to break a habit. When we get into a certain routine, it is difficult to change our ways. I think one of the main reasons for this is because we act without thinking. We get so used to doing certain things that we don't even realize we're doing them. If only there was a way to help remind ourselves about our new tasks, at least until we get in the habit of doing what we need to do.

A great product that I found out about is getLoss. This is a line of products developed to help men, women and children manage their weight, water intake and fitness.

A scientific advisory board has helped to ensure the safety of these products. Plus, these products are very easy to use. You can track your food groups, points, calories and goals. One of your wrists will track your daily goals, while the other will track the progress you've made. These bracelets are different colors to eliminate confusion.

You can become a Habitwise Facebook fan here and follow them on Twitter here.

I want to thank Habitwise for sending me my own getLoss for Women habit plan to review.

  1. hmm...interesting. i have heard of different bracelets to remind you of something before. i can't see this being something a guy would do but for a girl trying to eat healthy or work out, it would be nice if they like bracelets. thanks for the info.
