VENT

OK. I'll start by saying that I have had a lot of really good experiences with bloggers and PR people. I have my very first encounter with a not so great company. It has absolutely nothing to do with their products. I loved the shirt & the earrings that they sent me to review. I absolutely loved the products. So, I joined this site called Chic Execs and you can find out about companies looking for bloggers to review their products. So I sent messages to companies that had products I thought I would like and gave them my information. Some of them decided to send me samples, some did not. Well, Gypsy Soule agreed to send me products to review, which I am very thankful for. What I am not happy about is the fact that inside the box containing review products, an email was attached and the conversation was between an employee and an employee from the shipping department. Here is what it said:

"it is a lot on crap i think u look at it and see if we should send maybe something cheaper??"

The item they had originally listed as a sample was a pair of boots but I received a message saying that they were out of boots and could they send me something else. Why send a blogger products to review if you feel like their site is full of "crap?"

OK, I'm done, I just needed to get that out.
