Review: Making Bank: The Personal Finance Lessons They Never Taught Us in School

If you never took a personal finance course in school, you are not alone. Approximately 90 percent of high school graduates were never even offered a class on money management. Claudio M. Ghipsmann, a former Wall Street executive, is here to pick up the slack.

Inspired to help change the lack of financial literacy in this country, Ghipsmann provides readers with a guide to the ins and outs of banking, investing and personal finance in his new book “Making Bank.” Arranged in an easy-to-understand format, “Making Bank” teaches readers the financial lessons they never learned in school. With step-by-step guides to managing balance sheets, controlling credit scores and a host of other essential money management tips, “Making Bank” encourages readers to take charge of their financial futures, become financially secure and gain personal wealth.

When I was asked if I would like to review this book, I knew I would just from the title.  I know some things about finance but I also know that I have a lot to learn.  I found Claudio's book to be very helpful.  I learned so much and I feel like I have a better handle on my current money situation.
