I have made several resolutions this year but the one that is most important to me is to get healthy.  I'm not just talking about losing weight, I'm talking about becoming a healthier person all the way around, which does, of course, mean that I need to shed some unwelcome pounds.  I am making better choices about what goes into my body and have already started seeing results.

For a long time I thought that keeping a scale in my home was depressing.  I have realized that it's only depressing if you are unhappy with yourself.  The only way to make any real changes is to do everything you can to accomplish your goals.

What I love about my new Weight Watchers by Conair Digital Scale Model WW58S.  There are several reasons to purchase one of these scales.  The first one is that you can customize it to suit yourself.  There are two sheets of stickers that have different words and sayings on them.  A couple of my favorites are "Every day is a new day" and "Whatever you believe you can achieve". I ended up choosing "Live the life you imagined".  Every time I look at it, I am reminded that what I want is possible.  There is also a blank label that you can use to write your own message.
