I have had several people contact me and say that they are interested in reviewing books but don't know where to start. I have compiled of list of resources and as much as I would love to just give them to my readers, it has taken a lot of time and effort to gather all of this information. I have decided to charge $5 for the list which includes direct links to catalogs and the general email address of different publishing companies. The email addresses will NOT be a direct email address unless I have been given permission. All of the information in this handbook can be found by internet searches but they aren't always easy to find. If I had been able to get my hands on this information, I would have paid the $5 in a heartbeat. Again, I hate to charge but this took a lot of valuable time which could have been spent doing something else. You will need to send me an email at bjhopper(at)me(dot)com telling me that you are interested in receiving the handbook. Then, tell me if you would like to make the purchase via Paypal OR by money order. If you choose to send a money order, I will respond to your email with my mailing address. This list was compiled for residents of the US.
