Yes to Cookies! offers a healthy alternative to regular cookies. These cookies are sugar free, gluten free and starch free. These are perfect for people with Diabetes, Celiac Disease and people who are watching their weight. You can taste the difference between these cookies and cookies that include sugar and gluten. That being said, I was surprised that they didn't taste like cardboard. They are a great alternative and I'll be eating these instead of Pillsbury. I love baked goods so I'm kind of looking forward to seeing how much weight I will lose by switching...
